All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days except customized and special orders which are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays in the shipping due to inclement weather conditions and/or postal service problems that are outside of our control will be communicated to the customers from time to time.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping for most of the products as well currently. At the time of check-out in one’s cart and providing the shipping address customers will come to know if that product is shipped to their country to not.
For international shipping delivery timelines are from (8 to 20 days) and can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Inspiren-Ezone is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your estimated shipping timeline, please contact us at inspiren.ezone@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
